We’re looking for an experienced SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) & AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) Expert to join our growing digital marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies.
- Optimise websites for AI search platforms including ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini and Perplexity.
- Implement AEO strategies to maximise visibility in answer engines.
- Perform technical SEO audits and resolve issues.
- Conduct keyword, entity and search intent research.
- Improve Core Web Vitals and overall website performance.
- Build high-quality topical authority and content strategies.
- Monitor rankings, traffic and conversions using GA4, GSC and SEO tools.
- Stay ahead of Google’s algorithm updates and emerging AI search trends.
Requirements
- 4+ years of proven SEO experience.
- Strong understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO and Off-Page SEO.
- Hands-on experience with GEO and AEO strategies.
- Experience with tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
- Knowledge of schema markup, structured data and entity SEO.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Preferred
- Experience working with UK businesses.
- Knowledge of Local SEO and conversion optimisation.
- Familiarity with WordPress and modern web technologies.
